1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently and are not part of Cleveland County, the State of Arkansas, any court, or any law-enforcement agency. We do not store official criminal records and cannot pull records, run official background checks, or file documents for anyone.

Our pages point readers toward offices and systems that may hold Cleveland County records: the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office, Circuit and District Courts in Rison, Search ARCourts, ARCH, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. We may also link to third-party tools that operate outside our control.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Registry data managed through ACIC exists for public safety awareness and lawful community notification, not for retaliation or vigilante action.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate consumer reports, official criminal-history checks, or certified records. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide FCRA-compliant consumer-reporting services. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Make any decision regulated by the FCRA
• Treat a third-party search result as an official Arkansas criminal-history record
• Rely on an unverified record match as proof of identity or current legal status
• Use registry information for harassment, intimidation, or retaliation
• Bypass official Arkansas State Police, ACIC, court, or sheriff channels when an official record is required

When an official Arkansas criminal-history product is required, use the Arkansas State Police, ACIC, ARCH, Search ARCourts, or the court or sheriff office that maintains the original record.
