Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
When you enter a name or location in a search tool on this site, the query is handled by the outside provider that operates that tool. That provider processes the request under its own policy. We do not maintain our own Cleveland County criminal-record database from those searches.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send a message to the site operator, we may keep the message and any contact information included with it so we can handle the communication. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
Data We Gather Automatically
When pages load, routine technical information may be recorded by servers, analytics tools, or security systems, including:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies may be used to understand traffic patterns, remember basic settings, support advertising, and measure which pages visitors use most. Analytics services report this information in aggregate. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although some site functions may behave differently afterward.
What We Do With This Data
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
- Route search-tool entries to the correct outside provider
- Measure which Cleveland County record guides visitors use
- Analyze performance, errors, and traffic patterns
- Support advertising and related site operations
No Criminal-Record Data on File
This site does not maintain, compile, or sell personal criminal-record files. We publish guidance about where Cleveland County records may be held, including the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office, the Circuit Clerk and District Court in Rison, Search ARCourts, ARCH, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes on this site are powered by outside companies. Information entered into those tools is processed under the partner's privacy policy, not this one. Those partners decide their own retention, billing, and sharing practices, and we do not control their systems.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to county offices, Search ARCourts, ARCH, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, Arkansas Department of Corrections, registry pages, and other outside resources. Once you leave this website, the destination site's privacy policy and security practices control your visit.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be shared with:
- Search partners that process queries submitted through their tools
- Analytics providers that measure traffic and performance
- Advertising networks that support site operations
- Government or law-enforcement bodies when a valid legal process requires disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
We use ordinary technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards for information we collect. No website or networked system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that such information was provided, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
